MICROTEL INN & SUITES BY WYNDH

The room was not clean , the bed sheet was not changed and horrible. I could see some hair in the bed. The toilet was not clean and no toilet napkins in the room . There was no bath soap or lotion in the room . They ran of some stuffs.

We spend nearly a week here every year at Mardi Gras time and have never experienced anything but excellence in 10 years. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful - more like family! We stay many miles away from the center of our activities there just because we enjoy them so much.

Check in was good. They did not have a luggage cart {sold it !!!!!} but the gal at the front desk got us an utility cart from the laundry. Room was good, although maybe somewhat small. Bed was good so we had a good night of sleep. Had problems with using the TV so the lady at the front desk came to the room and helped us learn the ropes !!!!! Although this was a positive experience, I have a real problem with the fact that they charged my credit card right after I made the reservation......I don't think that is good business.
