Comfort Inn & Suites Covington

Staff who don't care and inferior rooms. All the staff care about is their next cigarette break. Leaking toilet and sink faucet.

We had a great 3-night stay at the hotel. The front desk staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and made check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless, very quiet at night, and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location is ideal with many restaurants near by. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. Highly recommended! We will definitely return.

Staff was amazing!! The check-in and checkout process was very simple and easy, they front desk even went as far as calling me after I was settled in my room to ask how everything was going. The area is very safe as well and there are many different things to do all around the area that’s all very close to the hotel. The room was amazing as well, very clean and well kept!
