Best Western Inn At Coushatta

After reading the reviews on this place, I booked my stay for 5 days for a business trip. I was initially satisfied with my decision until my 2nd day there. I came back after work and saw a mouse in my room. Rodents are my biggest fear. The front desk clerk helped me ,one to another room, but what good is that? If there are mice in my room, there are mice in this entire hotel! That's how mice are. If I wanted top stay with mice, I would have stayed at one of the cheaper motels in the area. And I would have paid more than half of what I paid at the Inn at Coushatta. I requested the manager,Missy Attales, get back to me, provided my contact information, and the clerk stated she sent an email with my request to the manager. The next day after work, I asked the clerk if the manager had received my request because I had not heard from them. They confirmed the email was sent to the manager, Missy Attales. The nest 2 nights, still no word from the manager. I checked out that Friday morning and saw an email from the manager hours after I had checked out. The manager offered me nothing but a future free night stay. Why she thinks anyone would visit Inn at Coushatta again after that horrifying experience, I do not know. She waited until after I had checked out to take any action. The right thing to do would have been to offer guests free nights while they were still guests, if they had endured such a stay.

It was clean as always, comfortable, and cool. We enjoyed our stay and that's why La Choushatta is my favorite place to go and have a great time. The location is adjacent to the casino where you can walk or drive . It's your preference. Happy fun place=La Choushatta!

Room 102 is a large suite very clean comfortable and quiet (even during the Crossroads Festival). Ac worked fine, bed comfortable with lots of pillows. Bottled water and good coffee, microwave and fridge included. No issues. Shuttle to casino runs 24 hours upon request.
