Crowne Plaza Hotel Lafayette Airport

Electrical issues in the bathroom for the last 2 stays there. Also the phone did not work in my last room. I was assured they would take care of it but nothing happened. They did not even bother to move our room. Thankfully I had my own phone because if I had not and something would have happened, I would not have been able to get any help. No one has taken accountability for this so far.

scalded by hot water in the middle of a shower, unknown charges on my credit card, elevator intermittently broken jammed between floors. this is all totally unacceptable and needs remedy before someone gets injured. hotel personnel basically invisible and not taking proper PPE precautions.

We had to stay in Lafayette for a funeral and this place was the worst thing that happened to us. The majority of the elevators did not work. None of the icemakers worked. The 1st room none of the outlets or lights worked so they moved us to another room which smelled of spoiled fried food. The 2nd room had two bathrooms and neither one of them had shower curtains. Here are the pics of HOW gross it was. I told the manager on duty and they told me to write an email in which I’ve never heard back from anybody with any kind of apology or compensation for these issues. I took seven pictures of all the disgusting items but somehow they’re not all uploading.
