This was my second time staying at this hotel. I am so glad I returned- this time with my husband. The location is perfect for walking to all the places of interest but not in a crazy, noisy location. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We found the bed to be a bit high, but exceptionally comfortable with good pillows. The staff makes this place extraordinary! They’re warm and welcoming. They treated us like the best kind of family. They called us by name, checked in to see how our stay was going and to offer suggestions when asked. I am sorry I don’t remember the name of the woman at the front desk who is an absolute legend! She embodies all the best characteristics of excellence in customer service and southern hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel and will happily return if I’m fortunate enough to return to NOLA!

I feel ill while there and the staff went above and beyond to facilitate help for my wife. They watch he'd over her while I was in the hospital

A lovely stay as usual! Charming hotel with the friendliest staff. We stay every year for Tales of the Cocktail. Close to everything but peaceful and quiet.
