Brent House Hotel

The location of Brent house is perfect. The fact that it is connected to the hospital was nice as parking is free, access to the cafeteria and there are some spots to grab foot and coffee within walking distance. The staff at Brent house truly reflect southern hospitality. I was amazed how some of the staff still remembered patients who have stayed at their hotel. It was really impressive. Like family. The room was clean and I am paranoid when it comes to hotel cleanliness. I bring my own Clorox wipes to make sure things are clean and sanitized. When I did my wipe checks- 100% dust and dirt free.

While this hotel is connected to a hospital—don’t let that deter you—it’s actually a lovely property with the convenience of many amenities on site. Parking is also included in the room rate, making it a true hidden gem.

If you are looking to be close to Burbon st and around all of the activities DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked here not knowing how far it was from all of the attractions. Also this is not an average hotel it's in a hospital literally. They do not explain that on the website they say next to the hospital. This hotel shares the same hallways as the hospital it even smells like a hospital coming in. I had to cancel my booking as soon as I arrived and realized we are in the literal hospital. Very disappointed!!!
