Great location in the French Quarter.

We came in the off season and our rate was fantastic for the location. It was a bit frustrating trying to communicate prior to our stay as we had a couple questions, but eventually we got an answer. After 3 night in our nice room, we had an issue. Michael worked with us and eventually moved us to another room. That was great. It did confirm however that we were smart to pick our first room off the street where there was no noise. Be aware that if you are street side, there will be noise from car and truck traffic, and people both late at night and early in the morning. Loved the pool and hot tub area, used it several times. We stayed 4 nights but were only given 2 coffee packets, that was frustrating, even after asking for more, never got them. The light in the sitting area didn’t work, needs to be replaced. All in all, would recommend staying here, it was a great deal and appreciated that they listened to our concerns.

Dirty rooms. Barely any staff. The one that is there is incredibly rude.
