My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, classy, clean, and we all felt safe. The food was good and we had nightly entertainment by a wonderful pianist. The hotel staff was top notch and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast is amazing; the omelette is the best part.

Overall the hotel is nice. The little annoyances should not have happened. The evening we arrived the reception staff was wonderful. However, the heavy signature scent of the hotel was overpowering - too heavy to the point of nausea. The piano player was so loud the staff had to shout for us to hear them. The room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. There were no bottles of water but front desk staff supplied us with two bottles which was very appreciated. We sent clothing out for cleaning and it finally came back the day we were checking out. The laundry form paperwork was filled out using the prices on the form but the prices the hotel charged were quite a bit higher. The prices were questioned as we were checking out but no reasonable answer was provided and no adjustment was made. We have not received a folio from the hotel so not sure if the prices were ever adjusted to reflect the prices on the laundry form. Overall the staff was great and the hotel is comfortable. Vote is out if we will stay there again.
