Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Baton Rouge -Port Allen

We were coming in late after a long day, arrived here around 10:30 in the evening, the staff at the front desk was super friendly. Our room was very clean beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, pancake machine was not working, but they had biscuits and gravy, and lots of other things to choose from. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable, I would recommend

Nice property and conveniently located to the highway along with dining and shopping places. My check-in with Christy was quick, efficient, and friendly. She not only took great care of me and gave me an excellent dinner recommendation. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower was good with plenty of hot water. This would be a nice property if you needed a place for an extended stay.

Mini-fridge had food in it. Sticky spill in fridge. Stinky, dirty shower curtain, stinky pillows, dirty bath tub. Had to clean room myself. On Day 4, Mo and Dip came in & replaced shower curtain, linen, pillow & performed a complete clean. They were kind and did a good job.
