Comfort Inn Bangor

The best hotel we stayed in Maine. Clean, big, safe, and beautiful hotel.

The location is near many of the local restaurants and shopping outlets. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with pleasant, helpful staff and a clean environment. The room was clean. We could hear some noise from the highway nearby, but it wasn't consistent, and didn't bother us. Their is a clean, well kept gym; there isn't a pool. They have cheese, crackers and pepperoni in the lobby each afternoon, a nice warm breakfast in the mornings, and warm, fresh baked cookies in the lobby around 7pm, all included. We will be returning!

My husband and I stayed here while we were in the area to watch out daughter play basketball. I initially booked the room based on the cost, location and the ability to cancel the room if we needed to because of poor weather. This hotel did not disappoint. The hotel was convenient to many eateries, shopping, and Husson University. The facilities were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. We took advantage of the free breakfast and found it to be plentiful and on this day it included egg/cheese omelettes, bacon, hash, waffles, bagels/toast, danish, muffins, etc... We will definitely keep this hotel on the list for our next stay in the area.
