Hope new owners replace sofa in Sebago Suite. Current sofa is old and in need of replacement. Also add a tv in bedroom.. Our first visit the breakfast room deck was a lovely extension to breakfast room during Summer months

We stayed at this historic B&B for two nights in August. Located next to Arundel golf course, Kelly and her husband maintain very high standards and the inn is quiet and spotless. Kelly was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and Kennebunkport activities.

This was one of the best stays at any lodging we've stayed in. From our seamless check in (shoutout to Katherine for her flexibility and accommodation with arriving later than the check in window) to leaving after two wonderful stays, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better mini-moon weekend. The room was cozy and felt like home. It was exceptionally clean; we did not hear any neighbors or noise from the hallway too. Our favorite part of staying at bed and breakfasts are of course the breakfast. The breakfast here, prepared with care by Emil and Katherine, knocked our socks off. We had delicious three course breakfasts each morning. The calm and hospitable atmosphere really made us feel welcome through the inn's charm. The inn is situated close to Kennebunkport; it is far enough to be outside of the chaos but close enough to walk (15 minutes or so). We couldn't have been happier with the value we got from staying here; it was perfect.
