EXIT 5 MOTEL AND COTTAGES

BEWARE OF THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!!! 🤮 My family and I rented a “2 Bedroom Cottage” which is just a building connected to the office building with an open floor plan and two rooms. It was absolutely disgusting and had bedbugs and dead cockroaches all around the bed, sheets, and floor in the bedrooms. There was a period blood stain on one of the mattress protectors, and someone’s car keys and alcohol bottles under the bed. There were also outlets without covers that were pushed right up on the bed. We had two children with us and when we reached out they told us to leave the key and “housekeeping” would “inspect” it and let us know about a refund. We spent almost $500 for one night and had to up and leave and find a last minute hotel which was another $350. After days of “management”, (which is just the owner), he denied any refund. Completely unprofessional, an absolute scammer!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY ONLY HAVE TWO STARS!!!!

The only thing going for the room.....nothing. so very disappointed. From the barking dog next door, the very hard bed!!!!!! The sink that took forever to drain, to the electric sockets not working and the wire that is frayed on the clock so we couldn't plug it in. Oh and the person in the next room snoring. Just awful. Do not recommend. I can see why their selling. Definitely not worth the $130.00 per night plus the $150 hold on card for incidentals.

The pictures on line are not what you get. The room was dirty: we went to the store to get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. And the urine smell would not go away. The screens in the window were ripped. We moved a table over a bit and there was food under it. There was an alarm clock that wasn’t plugged in and if you look at the picture, it looks like someone stripped wire from it. Would not recommend!
