This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible hotel. We prepaid for stay and park for transportation to BWI. The front receptionist didn't even adk or want to lnow what kind of car we had. I offered to give our license plate and she said no need. That should have been my red light. Then, I verified with the front desk The next morning as well as the driver to BWI as to the address And phone number of the hotel, so we can call when we return from our vacation. On our return to BWI I tried calling the front desk for 20 minutes from the airport and it just rang off the hook, then I called reservations. NO ANSWER!!!! we finally had to take a taxi to the hotel. And then when we got into the taxi and gave them the address, there was no such address. The taxi driver had a pull over twice to try to look for this hotel. So when I went to the front desk upon our return, she jokingly said, oh yeah, it's another town. When I asked for the manager, there was what seemed to be a teenager at the front desk and said no manager is here tonight. Use this hotel at your own risk. I will never stay there again. And I will make sure everyone knows not to use this hotel ever.

We stayed here overnight to catch an early flight out of BWI in the morning. We booked through park/sleep/fly and it was one of the few hotels that allowed parking during the length of our trip. It was clean, quiet and Ronald, our shuttle driver was a gem. Very friendly, helpful and right on time. We would definitely sat here again.
