Comfort Suites BWI Airport

The first time I visited this location was 12/2025, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However on this trip, I was thrown for a loop. My room was extremely dirty as if it weren't cleaned from the previous guest. There was even water left in the coffee pot which I accidentally spilled all over the desk. I did inform the staff and someone was sent to clean up the spill.

This is my 2nd stay at this La Quinta Location and I have to say I really Loved it. Each time I stay the rooms was super clean, the staff was very helpful, and the Atmosphere inside/outside is Clean and Convenient. Both times I stayed have been for a staycation and it was very relaxing. Will Absolutely stay again.

No pool or Hot Tub for two years and no plans to repair. Breakfast is terrible like a old heated up TV dinner. One very slow elevator for all floors. Will never recommend
