DOUBLETREE BY HILTON BALTIMORE

An ordinary, rather soulless hotel, but the big issue is parking. Have to go through another useless app which is annoying enough, but then I'm charged for somebody else's parking in another state that had nothing to do with me. If a hotel is going to outsource, they should be taking responsibility for the sleazy things done. Now I have the fun of trying to contact the vendor that has been ignoring me for three days. I'll be passing on coming back here.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was quick and efficient. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was full older and had some maintenance issues that did not affect our stay. Parking was an issue as there is not enough parking spots for all the guests. If you are coming in after 8 pm you will spend a considerable amount of time searching for a spot. Cars were parked along curbs, in aisles etc. The expectation is a hotel will have enough parking for their guests. Breakfast was a $18 buffet with made to order omelets. Breakfast Service was ok but not very attentive.

Stayed in this hotel which was nice. Came out next morning and catalytic converter was stolen. Reported to hotel and police. Now I see two other people had the same thing happen recently. Lighting and security are poor. Do not park your SUV here.
