Embassy Suites Baltimore - North/Hunt Valley

This hotel has many maintenance issues. Elevators out often. Hot tub broken. Air conditioning in many of the guest suites does not work. Televisions look nice, but do not work and the few times we could get them to work, they have deleted many channels to avoid paying for them. Housekeeping is horrible with missed days, no replenishing of coffee or towels. I am unsure of how they pass Hilton inspections. Staff at front desk for checking in during the evenings was horrible. No management on site. I will not return to this property. Horrible experience for a five day stay with multiple family members staying in other rooms that also had maintenance issues. On a positive note, the bartenders were pleasant.

I can confirm that not only is parking $10 which is fine, hotels charge, but it is using a QR code to a third party. I always choose Hilton and then Mariott if one is not available and this made me choose Mariott.

Pros Location Water pressure in shower is good Rooms are spacious Staff is helpful Cons Hotel still needs repairs and some ares in room need to be remodeled, like the bathroom, the faucet was very loose, shower needs to be replaced and the bath was too small. Some of furniture is showing wear Tiny refrigerator Microwave didn’t work well You have to pay for WiFi and parking
