We have stayed here for over 25 years. We visit at least 4 times a year. Last time was February 22nd. This is a typical chain in a suburban setting, near a mall and I-95. We've overlooked a lot here...

The carpet is disgustingly dirty and stained. There is no microwave. The light didn’t work. No instructions for how to use the TV. NO HAIR DRYER. Once we called the desk, the staff did everything...
