Best Western BWI Airport

We previously stayed here in January this year and it was great. This time however the room wasn't as clean and the staff was nasty. 9 months and a big difference. We choose it for convenience to the cruise port and shuttle. $224. a night for a dirty bathroom and a carpet in bad need of cleaning. Disappointed.

Overall, this was a good hotel for the price, and we were satisfied with our stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The room did show some wear and tear, but nothing was unsightly or concerning. The breakfast was very basic, and there were no waffles, which would have been a nice addition. We did not use the pool or the hotel shuttle, so I can’t comment on those. It was convenient having a restaurant right next door. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. They had a good balance of being professional and friendly. The hotel was fully booked for the weekend, but we still had a positive experience. Overall, I would rate this as a good stay for the price. It’s not a luxury hotel, and there are a few areas that could be improved, but the cleanliness, convenience, helpful staff, and overall value made it a good choice for our weekend.

Do you like roaches? Well this place makes them part of the family. Absolutely ridiculously disgusting. I don’t even want to turn the light back off. I was coughing all night yesterday and then tonight I woke up to take care of my twin babies and boom - clear as day - a village of roaches ran around the night stand in between the beds. Not 1 or 2, 3-4! Like what. Then I look towards the door and they’re crawling on the walls. I kid you not. So if you’re fine with turning the lights off to sleep and knowing roaches are having a block party a foot away from your head then yea sure this place will be amazing and family friendly. How gross. Front desk personnel are kind and accommodating when I needed extra towels. Breakfast was standard continental. Water pressure is good
