HILTON GARDEN INN GREENBELT,WA

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn an average of once a month for the past three years. The staff and facility have been great. The Inn was remodeled last year and is terrific.

This was a random pick we needed to stop. Getting to the hotel was easy. When entering the lobby it was clean and smelled clean too. Two employees were chatting with each other but stopped as we approached the front desk. They were friendly and was quick to check us in. Our room was easy to find and very clean. The bed was also comfortable, we would stay here again. We used the sofa bed and all the bedding and including the pillows were there. What was neat about the couch was the cushions created a safety mechanism, that kept our son safe from getting pinched in the metal of the couch.

Ms. Valerie provided outstanding customer service. Even though Hilton’s system was down, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay got off to a good start. She generously gave me extra points and offered my party complimentary parking along with breakfast and dinner vouchers for the inconvenience. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. Thank you, Ms. Valerie, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience!
