ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY! The manager is an incompetent woman. Our bed sheets were dirty on all three beds, towels were dirty, floors are sticky, got bit by bugs!!!!! Told the manager and she said since we booked with a 3rd party she couldn’t help us and that if she could she would be willing to help cancel. I called Expedia to cancel MY 5 NIGHT STAY and they said they were willing but the manager for the hotel wouldn’t budge to do it. I stood in front of her and called Expedia. Then retracted her statement and said “I don’t know what you heard but that’s not what I said.” Absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE STAY AWAY. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We left without a refund and when we were checking out she had the audacity to say “awe they weren’t able to help with the refund?” Of course they didn’t because SHE SAID NO.

Decent room no issues also room was clean and I appreciated we were able to check in before 4pm. It really made a difference because we were able to get our stuff up to the room so we had time to get ourselves together and not rush around. I enjoyed the staff at the desk very friendly, quick and the free parking. Our room was right near an elevator so it made it super easy to come and go. I wish there were ice machines I was told we had to go to the front desk if we wanted ice, not a big deal and didn’t cause issues.

Quiet location away from hustle and bustle of the inlet. Great price and decent amaenities. Slightly dated and gaps around entrance door didn’t help block neighbors noise or the storm that came through the night before check out.
