In the 25 years of being a Hilton Honors member, this was the worst experience. After picking up a rental car at BWI airport and finally getting to the hotel on July 18th, we were notified our reservations had been unilaterally cancelled by the hotel with no prior notice to us,

Would not return. We were in town for my daughter’s sport tournament. Parking lot area didn’t feel safe. Bizarre place. I booked the room with points. Would not pay to stay here. Staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. But a weird place. Wouldn’t recommend. Look elsewhere.

BED BUGS!!! Dirty rooms. Allow rift raft to hang in the lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE! Bad area. Donnell the property manager is useless.
