We have spent quite a few days at Arbor Pool and the Shark Bah at Ocean Edge this month and have been fortunate to have Tash as our server and Kellie L as our bartender multiple times. They are exceptional: friendly, attentive. efficient, professional, and great with our grandkids! Ocean Edge is lucky to have such wonderful staff! Thank you, Kellie and Tash!!

We had a lovely time at The Villages at Ocean Edge. The setting is lovely, the golf course is beautifully manicured, and the staff was gracious and accommodating. The international staff at the cafe from Ireland, were just spectacular. Such a great amenity to have that walk up window with service and a smile. We especially enjoyed the Pickleball courts and the superior management by Todd K. Todd runs a great open play, almost every day and is welcoming and inclusive to guests. Great Pickleball players, beautiful courts with outstanding coordination! Thank you, Todd!

Do not stay at this hotel. The worst room and experience we have ever had. Filthy entrance to the apartment with completely threadbare carpet and an awful smell which continued in the apartment. Dark, dated, extremely loud air con units that should have been condemned and a balcony covered in mildew. Nothing like the pictures on line portray. Avoid at all costs and don’t even bother with the hotel that they are associated with ( Ocean Edge) this is just as dated and nothing like the advertising portrays. Did not stay after complaining about the state of the accomodation and had a refusal for any money back. To make matters worse they have subsequently charged a resort fee to my card that I have not authorised and of course did not use.
