The hotel is very clean and neat, also very quiet even though it is centrally located. The room is not huge but it was spacious enough. I would definitely consider staying there the next time I'm in Provincetown

Clean hotel, small rooms. A block from Commercial Street but very quiet room. Non existent staff. Wanted a beach towel, umbrella and chairs along with some other guests and it took two days to finally see a live person in the hotel. Don’t expect ANY service.

We have been coming to Provincetown for many years, but this was the first time staying at the Mercury hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms, and the excellent location. The staff member Wendy was very accommodating and gracious throughout our stay. They also upgraded us to a king suite which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience!
