The Inn at 7 Central

I stayed at the Inn at 7 Central for four days in early August 2026. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the renovation of the room appeared to have been done relatively recently. I stayed in Room 5, which has a mostly-private deck through a door and was nicely furnished. The outside noise level was pretty quiet, given the location a half-block off the calmer end of Commercial Street. They serve a daily breakfast that was always delicious and can be delivered to your room upon request. Elliott, the innkeeper that helped me there, was an incredible host, bending over backwards at times. For example, my charging cable for my wireless speaker had broken, and he was able to find one in a box in the basement of the inn. He was very nice and accommodating and greeted me when I arrived, took my luggage to my room, and shared with me important information about my stay. When I left, he met me to thank me for my stay and say goodbye and even offered again to help with my luggage. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The new owners (since 4/26) put HERCULEAN EFFORTS into making sure everyone has a perfect vacation. They now serve an amazing breakfast which is handmade by the owners every morning…including homemade yogurt. They pay attention to every detail. Perfect location. Highly recommend!!!

Highest rating! We stayed here June 24-28. The room was very spacious, clean and well furnished. Elliott is incredible! His breakfasts are the best. Frittatas, fresh baked muffins, hard boiled eggs (already peeled!), homemade yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice. All made by Elliott. The Inn is conveniently located just off Commercial Street but is very quiet. I wish I could give 10 stars!
