The Waterford Inn

This location is fantastic - across from a small but lovely waterfront park, and close to great art galleries and restaurants. You are close to everything but it is also quiet; being back from the street with a restaurant and garden in front was a great setup. David and MarcAnthony were fantastic, and helped make sure everything went smoothly from booking through checkout. We stayed in the studio suite, and I cannot recommend it enough - it's your own little cottage with a nice sized bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and upstairs sitting room. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. You can catch a glimpse of the water from one of the bedroom windows. It is right off the garden and faces the restaurant's outdoor seating, but there were never any issues with noise in the morning (never heard anyone until at least 9:30/10 am), and the restaurant closes at 10 pm, so also was never an issue for us at night. It really was exactly what we were looking for, and we would absolutely return and recommend it to others.

The inn is attractive, mixing old and new. Our room was lovely: clean, quiet, nicely designed. We love the isolating mattress that gave us 6 nights of great sleep. To top it all, manager, David, went over and above with his warm, friendly, hospitality. We decided that this week in Ptown was our best vacation ever. David and Watertown Inn played a big part in this.

Absolutely great stay at the Waterford. Highly recommended. They even mailed me some clothes that I forgot in the dresser. Went above and beyond.
