Best Western Adams Inn

The hotel is located very nicely by a river. The restaurant has a very nice outdoor area, but unfortunately it is closed during the day. The rooms are very large and beautiful and very clean. The bed is excellent. The staff is very friendly, competent, and helpful. Jadon from the front desk deserves special mention. His solution-oriented efforts contributed significantly to a life-saving transport being carried out properly. The hotel can be glad to have employees like Jason.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a great 30th birthday present for my sister ended up being pretty embarrasing for her, my parents, and myself. $100 ended up being charged to her card due to a blood pillow stain, which was already left there, it appears the cleaners did not change the pillow case prior to them arriving or what the situation was, which is really disgusting. My family reported the blood stains in the pillow case, as they came back to the hotel later that night to sleep, did not realize it, until they woke up on Sunday. I am truly embarrassed with this situation as this was supposed to be a gift to them, in a decent hotel, not only did they put their health at risk by sleeping in a pillowcase with blood stain, completely unsanitary, but they ended up paying $100 for a blood stain that they did not cause. The hotel did not apologize or refund the $100 as of this time.

this is a BASIC hotel and that is what we were expecting! It was just used to sleep and visit family in the city - the room and bed were clean and it was quiet to sleep. Met our expectation
