Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center

Room rate isn't bad, but they kill you with extra upcharges. In addition to the room rate that was quoted us, we were charged $29.13 which was supposed to include bottled water (which they didn't have available--we asked the next morning when we needed it), credit in the restaurant (closed while we were there) and a "destination fee." Avoid the Seaport Cafe (not the main restaurant) AT ALL COSTS. A light continental breakfast cost us $20 each! The room was nice, but no more than a typical hotel room.

The hotel may have been nice about 20 years ago but it is tired and out of date. Rude service from the front desk. The room was clean but incredibly small. The shower took, no joke, 30 minutes to get hot water in the morning. Valet parking is 60 a night. The valet was super friendly and gave my kids the welcome bag they were supposed to get when we arrived (which rude front desk lady didn’t). I would not stay here again. I stayed at the Omni for only about 20 dollars more last time I was here and it was way nicer- I’m not sure how this hotel has the Diamond rating or TripAdvisor rating it does. Terrible value for the price.

Great hotel by thewarfts in Boston. Great beds, super clean, and very helpful staff. Very accommodating. Their restaurant is quite good as well.
