Fara, the front desk agent was so incurably helpful during our stay. We were here for a dance competition and booked one night less than we needed, while the group we stayed with booked one extra night. Fara was able to help us adjust the reservations so we could all stay the correct number of nights for the comp. On the night we were leaving to drive home we ran over a log that was in the middle of the road and our car exhaust broke, causing us to have to stay an additional night. The next morning Fara offered a late checkout so we could relax in the room while our car was being repaired. She was truly kind and empathetic and made a terrible experience much better. We will happily stay here again anytime we're in the area in no small part to the wonderful hospitality we received. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, perfect hospitality.

Look at the attached pictures while reading this. This hotel has serious problems. It is old and needs to be renovated. And it shows. The first thing I noticed was that the thermostat was falling off the wall when we walked into our room. The second thing was that the room safe was in a drawer and was not even secured. You could just pick it up and walk out. Then I opened the curtains and saw a bunch of dead birds on the ledge outside our window. Disgusting. And the window was filthy with bird crap on it. There are no streaming services available on their in room TV. And I had to call to get shampoo for the shower as it was empty. Horrible experience.

Everything was very clean. Staff were very polite and friendly.
