Hyatt Harborside at Boston's Logan Int'l Airport

This hotel is fabulous from check in to check out. Very clean and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant Beautiful views on the water. Water taxi big plus also. Walking and jogging path also.

Boston Harbor was a nice hotel great view good breakfast, but personnel were something horrible. As I arrived at Boston Logan airport, I called the hotel for the shuttle, not sure if the receptionist was sleeping or something and woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but she was very rude. She told me where to go to wait for the shuttle, as I never been to Logan airport before I repeated back what she said to make sure I understood her correctly. To what she responded Well, that what I said wasn't it. Also, when I talked to her, she told me not to cross the street, as I get out the door. But as I came out and start looking around there was no shuttle, and nice man saw our confusion and asked us what we were looking for, I told him that we were looking for the Shuttle to Hyatt Boston Harbor and he told us due to construction we had to cross the street where we did found the shuttle. Coming to the hotel I asked the receptionist and all she said was I tried to call several times but no answer so maybe you should have answered your phone as I didn't know that the airport moved the stop. No apologize for the mishap. I mean anyone can make a mistake but at least you can own up to it. During check in there was no information on when or where the breakfast was, and how that worked, with that I mean is that I booked a room with including breakfast. When you do that, you still have to sign the bill at the restaurant, but nobody informed of that. So, when I got to breakfast the next day and I said I prepaid for breakfast the people stood there as I was from a different planet. They seated us still no information on how payment worked we ate and as we were leaving, they came with the bill, didn't say anything just left it and walked away, so, I wasn't sure what to do with it, after I chased one of the ladies at the restaurant, she informed me that they couldn't see how I booked my room, so I have to sign the bill and then the receptionist take that away as we check out. Which is fine but it would have been nice with information about how it works. I never encounter this system at any hotels I stayed at before. Seems complicated and a unnecessary hassle. But As I said above good breakfast clean room, bathroom and surroundings, cleaning staff friendly, beds very comfortable.

Very nice decoration All the personal is kind and efficient. We had to come back on July 6 eveninbecause Jet Blue cancelled our flight to San Francisco without any prior notice. While theoretically the Hyatt was fully booked a nice young lady at the front desk manage to find a room for us to stay for the night... This is above all expectations
