Comfort Inn & Suites

We stayed here during our trip to visit with family, and because we have stayed here plenty of other times before in the past and had done a review some years back, but I'm doing another review because the hotel has done a complete remodel to all the rooms and interior hallways. However, the common areas on the ground floor and the complimentary breakfast area are all going to be done they said this coming week, the beginning of November 2025, and that it will perhaps not be complete until the Spring of 2026. We were given room 336. The rooms look nice but I do feel that the closet is very small and could use a shelf, and also the location of the closet cabinet is on the wall where the TV is and blocks the person's view of the TV on the bed at the end. The bathroom has some empty wasted unused space, and I feel that the counter top could have been better to have been expanded further over to be larger to fill in that wasted empty space, and also add in some extra cabinets for guests to put there toiletries. The tiny cabinet that they have now they use to put the towels in and it can only hold a few towels, and leaves no room for guest to use, but the bathroom is truly much better than it used to be before the renovation and it does have a nice look. Otherwise the newly designed rooms are fine. The Complimentary breakfast is good and the service is very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future when the public area renovations are complete.

We've been on a road trip and now heading home. This area was very pricey compared to some of the touristy places we had just been. We just needed an interstate stop over. But we found all the reliable things we expected here. They are remodeling currently but we were not there during any working hours. Our king +sofa room had already been redone. It was very large with an all new bathroom including a step-in shower. Plush bed with bedside electronic plug-ins. Microwave and mini freg area as you walk in the door. Was a quite area backed up to woods. Breakfast was well done and the area kept clean. A Taco Bell was in the parking lot. Many, many more food choices 1 Exit away.

I was in the area on business and stayed here for a single night. The hotel is just off the Mass Pike in a quaint, small town. It is easy to find and there seems to be lots of parking. Check in was smooth and the lady who helped me was friendly and inviting. The property is undergoing a reservation but other than some storage bins and equipment in the parking lot, it wasn't noticeable: they must be nearly finished. I was in a renovated room and it was what you would expect: clean, modern and everything worked. Comfortable bed, large TV with many channels, wifi was solid, bathroom was bright and included a large walk in shower. If I had to find to find a complaint, it is the lack of 120V outlets at the desk. This is a typical, newly renovated Holiday Inn Express in a small town. If you bear that in mind with expectations, you will be happy here.
