To start, this place is a little confusing. It is a Best Western but also houses the Irish Village which was last in Hyannis. It is a much nicer place than in Hyannis. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They included a buffet Breakfast but said it was unclear if that would continue in the future. As far as being associated with the Irish Village, the entertainment was seriously lacking. The Irish music was the one thing we always looked forward to. Unfortuaantely our first day of our stay there was a torrential downpour all way from CT to the Cape. The cancellation policy of 7 days prior to your stay is too long and not common among hotels. The pool area was very nice with new lounges and umbrellas. We met some great people by the pool; it was the Retired men's club of Dedham Ma. with their wives.

Almond milk in breakfast room was 4 days past expiration date which made me suffer intestinal problems for two days. Also one relative woke up to find ants all over the table, rig, bathroom, and bed.

The hotel is clean but pricey for what it is.
