Extended Stay Deluxe Boston - Westborough

Best location for ESA hotels management and staff are above and beyond … so helpful and very comfortable and quiet

They definitely have minimal staff and accommodations, expected with how inexpensive it is; but the real annoying part was we checked in and the gentleman offered us a late checkout of 12pm; we didn’t even ask for it but were very excited since I’m pregnant and wanted to not rush out. But then the next day we get attitude from the woman at the front desk saying “that’s not really something we do” and when we said it was offered to us by Brad she said “well I’m sure it was” as if Brad isn’t a good employee. He seemed nice and accommodating to us! Anyway it was an OK stay, you get what you pay for, but the staff have to have consistency. Brad is great!

Going in order of the experience: From the free parking lot, to the welcoming and immaculate entrance, to the very friendly, helpful, and professional Evan who checked me in, to my huge room that was immaculate and and had all the amenities /appliances for an extended stay (obviously!) to the comfortable beds with nice bedding...this was an excellent stay. I travel quite often and have been in hotels that are 4 and 5 stars... I've found many of them are not as clean as Extended Stay. There was no dust under the bed! This may sound silly to some, but to me as an experienced traveler, it is huge. It shows the commitment of the team and management. Speaking of management, I was fortunate to meet Tony the following morning when I checked out. He took the time to ask if I enjoyed my stay and to thank me / invite me back in the future. I've read other reviews that I just don't understand... you cannot beat what is provided (including take-away breakfast) for the price. Clearly I highly recommend!
