Harbor House Inn

114 s harbor dr. Room are disgusting. There was mold in the jetted tub, I pulled back the sheets on the bed there was blood stains. I was offered another room when I checked that room same thing . Please see pics. THE OWNER IS A DR.PATEL. Shame on you for allowing people to laying in filth. I will be in contact with the health department.

In Japan, it is a small inn in Grand Haven that is very popular in summer. It's out of season, so there aren't many people. But the atmosphere of the building is wonderful, like good old America. Let's interpret it in a good way that there is no elevator so you have to go up with your luggage. There is a beautiful lake in front of the building, and the location is good if it is close to the main street of the city. I would have liked to have come more slowly. Breakfast seemed modest, but I don't really know because I haven't eaten it.

We enjoyed this place. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately, our A/C was quite loud. Also, we could hear the people in the next room coughing thru the night. Location? It was perfect! Walking distance to many things and was perfect! We walked everywhere. Breakfast? It was a cold breakfast. Not a lot of variety to choose from but sufficient. I dont think we would stay here again because of the negatives listed. If you are looking for location this is your best bet.
