Best Western Of Howell

One of the absolute worst run hotels I ever have stayed at. There literally is no one in the front desk all day! Have to go ring a doorbell by the “office” to get any service. My key wasn’t working one night and had to go ring the doorbell and wait to then be told “F**k you” by management for “bothering” them. Unbelievable. No wonder there’s literally 3 rooms rented every night. 1 of those rooms management uses. So now it’s clear as to why this place is literally empty every day. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Go to the Belmont hotel down the road that is actually a real hotel and trust me you’ll be much much happier. They are even cheaper than this flea bag hotel!!!!!! Keep telling your “guests” f**k you for asking for a working room key. I wasn’t disrespectful or anything. Just figured I could get a working key without being told “f**k you”. I can assure u I’ll be finding another hotel tomorrow. Unbelievable

First room, air conditioning was set at 66, was very warm in the room. Went back to the front desk, was told it would kick in since the door was open. Made no sense to me, we hadn't even taken our luggage in yet. So we waited a bit and it didn't cool down, called the desk and was given a room right next door that was fine. The room was clean, bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Had booked two nights, next night the door key wouldn't work, had to go back to the front desk to get that working. No ice machine, they just give you a bag of ice if you ask. No extras at all, like not even a bag for dirty clothes. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great place. Spotless. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Stopped by daily to see if we needed anything, even though we didn't use housekeeping.########################################################. Why do I need to do 200 words
