Causway Bay Hotel. Lansing, Michigan. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The hallway smelled terrible(like urine and something else). I did about 6 channel scans, looking for a channel. Nothing. Two of the lamps were unplugged. When I went to hunt down the cord - more bugs! No pool, no restaurant, no breakfast , NO COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE! $75 FOR WHAT?

DO NOT book this hotel. The photos probably say it all, but basically this hotel is operating as a homeless shelter and a place for people to come get their “documents”. No services at all that are advertised. VERY MISLEADING! Could not even get towels when requested. No management on property or a way to contact. REQUESTED REFUND… no response yet!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Cockroaches, beeping smoke detector, hallways smell like pot, loud neighbors, old clothes in the closet, phone, lamp and tv remote didn't work. The restaurant, pool and hot tub are closed. The outside looks abandon and has old furniture and homeless people. VERY RUN DOWN AND NOT MAINTAINED
