Very unpleasant experience. The room was very dirty, old, and needed repair. The heater, the bathtap, and toilet were broken. The fridge was unplugged with a towel (!) in it, and to plug it in we had to move it that took a lot of efforts. The bedding and towels were wet. The water was not running properly and it was impossible to take a shower in the cold bathroom. It isn't worse the money.

At first arrival all seemed lovely. Nice room which looked and smelled clean, quiet location, very near great tourist city. Shortly after arrival however we realized how unclean things were. Just from unpacking ,my white socks turned absolutely black, there was long black hairs on bathroom floor (not ours) and then we went to use the pool and I have never seen such filth and neglect. Their website shows this beautiful indoor pool which I was looking forward to and what we saw was a layer of brown sludge covering the entire bottom, bugs and a slimy film on top of water, and the filter was not even working. This was neglect for a long period of time so how can they still be advertising this as an amenity? When we went to front counter person all they did for retribution was to tell us to use the pool at the hotel next to them!!! Unbelievable and unacceptable. Still thinking of reporting to health inspector

Very Nice stay. Went in and needed a room for three nights. The employee was very accommodating and we booked a King Suite with a Jacuzzi. Very nice large room, clean and comfortable beds. Very quiet too. Sheplers shuttle service to/from the Ferry was quick and easy. Will definitely stay there next visit! Just a couple of suggestions, microwave in the rooms would be a big plus, along with fresh coffee in the Lobby. Also, cleaning the former breakfast room would be nice too.
