Absolutely dreadful motel! Our room was 59 degrees when we walked in. We slid open the sliding glass door (after removing the clamps holding it closed) to let in 70 degree air. The thermostat did not work, even after the desk clerk came in to look at it. It was supposed to be taken care of while we were out the next day, but wasn’t. We just unplugged it. There was a dead spider smashed on the wall, and we saw bug on the floor between the beds. Nothing to hold onto getting in and out of the shower and tub. Breakfast was cold, but at least the room was big enough to hold the three groups who were there. I didn’t see any families or couples, so our belief is they cater to groups with a low price offer.

The rooms are so nasty and damp. I couldn’t get over the smell. The room was full of bugs because they have a sliding door that didn’t shut well. The shower curtain was disgusting. I will never stay here again. The water is dirty old and the water was yellow. Worst hotel stay to date.

There was sand everywhere. in the carpet. in the bed. Smelled musty and parts of the water park weren't open. beach was filthy. I get it, there's a beach. sand happens, but you know what i never heard during my 4 night stay? a vacuum.
