Comfort Suites

Good value for money. Comfortable but slightly small rooms, clean bathrooms. Hot water for shower. Fridge in room. No breakfast. Giving it 2 Stars because we were on the 4th floor but the room had was 5418, the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and then you have to haul your items up a hardwood staircase up one flight of stairs. Which wasn’t easy for me. And it was a really long walk from the lobby to get to our room. Some rooms had a balcony, ours did not. The room next to us, 5417 was bigger and had hardwood floors and seemed more updated. Housekeeping left an envelope asking for a tip, which I found tacky. You can’t check in until 5 pm. Easy check out. It’s before the bridge. I wouldn’t stay again.

Very nice water park pool area, large hot tub and plenty of towels available. It was nice for all my nieces and my nephew. We had a nice stay in one of the suites and the workers were nice and helpful. They also allowed us an early check in.

We couldn’t get together with family for Christmas so we decided to meet in Mackinaw city for a quick visit. Check in went great and they were able to put us all close together. The issues started when we got to our room, 1st, I hit all 3 lights upon walking in and non worked, flicked the bathroom light on to instantly see the mirror was covered in what I believe was water and toothpaste spots, from There we walk out to the bedroom area to a filthy floor, stained bedding, a white substance on the back of a chair, a nasty smell and a drawer full of men’s clothing. We used the conference room to exchange gifts and eat our dinner in and that floor was also filthy with huge cobwebs covering the light fixtures. Went to take a shower that night and ended up in ankle deep water because the drain was clogged. Save your $ and just don’t stay here. But beware, the owner of this place also owns a slew of other hotels along that stretch.
