Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Novi

Very nice hotel, quite, clean. Good breakfas. Very good staff. Special mention to Charmine. Thanks for taking good care of us during breakfas!

had a great experience at this hotel, and I especially want to recognize Charmaine and Dayneen for their excellent customer service. They were both friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. They made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. Their positive attitudes really stood out and made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
