Quality Inn & Suites (Warren)

Stayed for one night and the room itself was adequate. Comfortable bed, fairly quiet, mostly clean — the carpet could use a good shampoo. My complaint is that we had barely warm water for our showers. We weren’t in a hurry to check out, as our lunch meeting with local friends wasn’t until 1. We both managed to get through the tepid shower by about 10, and then hung out until closer to the noon checkout time. When I checked out, I mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower and was roundly chastised by the front desk person for not calling the desk to let them know when we discovered the issue. We just wanted to relax before we had to leave — not have a maintenance person come in to do who knows what and disrupt our calm morning. I wasn’t planning to make an issue out of it until I was criticized for not calling right away. I just wanted them to be aware of the problem. I tried to explain why we hadn’t called right away and she kept chastising me. I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Hotels, like most businesses, depend on their customers and hope to encourage repeat business. This is definitely not the way to accomplish that! When we’re in the area again this fall, we will most likely choose a different place to stay.

The hotel was great. Check in was easy. The lobby was very nice. Breakfast was served everyday from 6a-10a. Coffee/tea 24 hours a day. A little snack/beverage area next to check in desk. There was laundry on site but did not use. The gym was nice and so was the pool. The room was great. We had two beds. We were there for a hockey tournament and everything was good! No complaints at all! Thank you for the nice stay.

Stayed for a Hockey Tournament. Very nice and clean room to stay in . Room was nice and updated. Glass shower was great! Friendly staff. Good location with many places to eat. Breakfast available, though had a nice presentation food tasted not to good.
