RAMADA ROMULUS, DETROIT METRO AIRPORT

The girl at the front desk when I arrived was so pleasant and helpful that she was the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms aregross. The bathtub was disgusting. The rooms are old dated and I never slept all night. The breakfast in the morning was minimal, and I just called today and spoke to the front desk, which is a day after checkout, about billing, and she was extremely rude. I have not received a receipt yet from this hotel, but she said she would be sending it to me in my email. So the girl that checked me in Tuesday night was lovely and the girl that received the phone call today to answer. My question was again extremely rude to me.

Do NOT stay here!!! I got a room here last minute as my flight was delayed overnight. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but that was the least of my issues. I woke up at 4 am to a man trying to get into my room! He was rattling the doorknob and knocking on the door, and came back 3 separate times within a few minutes. As a young woman traveling solo, this was a terrifying thing to wake up to! Half awake and scared out of my mind, I called the front desk who informed me that they had accidentally double booked the room, and would give the man a different room. They were hardly apologetic for their mistake. I was so shaken up that I couldn’t go back to sleep. I decided to just go back to the airport 7 hours before my flight rather than stay somewhere I felt so unsafe. Bottom line: if you want a hotel that feels safe, clean, and professional, this is NOT it!!

The room wasn't clean enough, my body was itching after sleeping in the bed. The towels were also not clean, they were white and I could see spots of color on them.
