Having stayed at Cherry Tree Inn & Suites over the years we were very disappointed in the quality of the hotel after going from a family type environment under new management that does not care about the guests. Room we stayed in smelled of stale smoke, no window to open or screen on door to open. Television screen was so dirty, as well as bathroom floor. The quoted price for our stay was quite different than the final bill which showed 14% in additional charges for State, Local, Destination Fee, Resort Fee, Credit Card 3% fee, cannot pay cash at check in but can at check out. This is pretty much scamming of additional fees. We have stayed at many hotels through the years and many high end hotels as well as very nice low to middle priced hotels. When I called the hotel on my displeasure of our stay I was treated with abrupt rudeness and they made it clear they could care less about our stay. We will never stay at Cherry Tree Inn & Suites again because there are too many welcoming and hotels that care about their guests, which speak volumes.

We were disappointed with our stay. Facility was nice. Unfortunately, our room had a window overlooking the pool. No natural light. Noise from pool kept us up one night. Pool is open until midnight. Two girls were playing loud music. Called the front desk. No answer. My husband had to get dressed and go to front desk to address problem. The next day, we spoke to the manager who was not too concerned. Laura in breakfast room was friendly and hard working. Would not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel met our expectations. Staff were personable and the amenities were perfect. Thanks for a very nice stay!
