Was maintenance here for awhile Place is gross! Stay anywhere else Cockroaches Piss stained mattresses in every room And they only wash comforter blankets every 6 months Disgusting 🫣 🤮 I've been maintenance at a few hotels in the area and this was by far the worst! You are better off at the quality inn across the road for a 1/4 of the price

This was our second stay at this location. The lake balcony room is really nice. The room was clean but smelled funny. The AC unit worked but also smelled musty. Breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the price and so we went elsewhere. The fire pit was a great touch. There were a lot of beach loungers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ParkShore Resort is my favorite hotel in Traverse City! I stay here every year when I’m in town for my real estate convention, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully updated with a modern design. The location is fantastic—close to everything while still offering a relaxing lakeside atmosphere. The staff is truly the cherry on top. They are always friendly, professional, and eager to help, making every stay enjoyable and stress-free. I look forward to returning year after year and highly recommend ParkShore Resort to anyone visiting Traverse City
