Park Plaza Hotel

I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member. When I checked in I asked for an upgrade and they said I can’t get an upgrade since I am staying for 17 days. They said I am not eligible not even a 4 pm late checkout. After I voiced my displeasure about the service and decided to checkout early and stay at another Marriott hotel I was penalized with a penalty of $119 for early checkout. This is after the fact that I called reservations and was assured that no extra charges or penalty would be applied. The AGM Michelle was not helpful at all I was also entitled to a $10 a day F&B voucher each day I stayed but was never credited for it until I complained about and the reason the gave me was it was the computer error. They charged me with $119 readily and there’s no computer error on that. There are plenty of Marriott properties in Minneapolis so stay away from this property

Exceptional service, convenient location, great value and extraordinarily clean room. I will stay here every time I am in the Minneapolis area!

For what we have planned on a trip to the cities, this hotel fits the bill for us. The location is just perfect; it's close to all the places that we plan on seeing while there. Great rooms, very clean, comfy bed and a great shower. This is our new 'go to' hotel.
