7/20/2026 Made reservations for 2 rooms for 4 adults. When my employees showed up there was no reservation so they booked two rooms and paid with another card. 7/21/2026 I checked the credit card balance in the morning and i had 4 charges on it. After SEVERAL phone calls leaving messages for management...they finally called me back and they said they would take care of it. 7/22/2026 I checked my credit card balance in the morning and both charges were still on it. After just a few calls management called me back and said that there were people in the rooms of the first reservation i made that they originally said they did not have. So not only did they give the first reservation to someone else but they charged me for it as well. Guess what? She said she would take care it. 7/23/2026 I checked my credit card balance and both charges were still there. I called again and left a message for the manager. She called me back. Guess what she said? She said she would take care of it. 7/24/2026 I checked my credit card balance and both charges were still on there. Not only were they still both on there but they added two more extra charges onto my card. By this time I am furious. I called the hotel again and my call went straight to voice mail. I grabbed someone else's cell phone from the office and called back and the front desk answered and i said who i was and he abruptly told me the manager would call me back when she had time and he hung up on me. 5 days I was patient with them in trying to resolve this issue and they were not able to do that. All i have to say to anyone is good luck. There will not be a next time for my company to utilize this hotel. Carmen Howe

After driving 600 mikes we need a room to rest. Room was dirty. dirt buld up around tub base holes in the wall from missing hair dryer,tv did not work in sitting area, molding above the door ripped off, air conditioning noisey soud like a semi running. $163.15 total, not worth $10.00! Pray my review keeps poeple away. I'm notiring the county health department to inspect. Outside BBQ grills have not been cleaned in two years or more. One finale thing when you check in they say any damage you will be charge for it. TAKE PICTURES for your pertection, as we did for ours!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is beautiful but the manager/owner is extremely rude and incompassionate. Highly recommend to avoid! We brought a young family there who was waiting for their home to be ready in the middle of a harsh Minnesota winter. We booked online and the website we booked said that early check-in was allowed but when the family arrived, this manager would not allow early check-in even though we were told by the workers that there were plenty of rooms available. The family stayed two nights, they were quiet and respectful and were able to get out of the cold. When the second night came around, I was there in person with my ID and multiple credit cards but the (very friendly) worker at the front desk was having trouble with her computer system running the cards. She said that the system was running very slow and the issue was on her end, not ours. She said that there would be no problem to call tomorrow to pay or come back later tomorrow and that the room was available in any case so it wouldn't be a problem for them to stay another day and then call in or pay in-person the next day. When 11:00 the next day came around, the manager/owner kicked the family out on the streets. She wouldn't reason with us at all about the night before, or the payment issues, or give any flexibility for allowing them to stay, despite calmly explaining the situation. She stuck strictly to her "rules". She came close to accusing me of credit card fraud. I help families frequently and travel frequently, but I will not be going back to that hotel, or sending any families to that hotel, and I recommend everyone to avoid the hotel. The manager has no compassion or reason or flexibility for humanity. The inside of the hotel is nice, although their computer systems suck. In general, the manager has no compassion for others and I highly recommend to avoid.
