Grand Inn Moorhead

I don’t know how this place stays open…is it a homeless shelter? The things I saw..I can’t believe. Bugs in bathtub…needle in entry way, dagger in snow outside. WOW…just wow. Wonder how stays open. We went for a graduation at MSU-M. Had there not been a snowstorm we would’ve turned around and drove home. I do not recommend this place…

I wouldn't stay here if you paid me! I hated every moment. Drugs, prostitutes, mean Ang angry staff, constant police, theft, prostitution, violent felons are here!!! The building is filthy. Sheets are never changed. I didn't have maid service once! Had to beg for a clean towel that I doubt was clean

This has been the far worse stay I have ever had here in this motel. When I first got here to get. Room, the worker was very rude and not polite what so ever. When I got to my room, the bed looked like it was slept in, the carpet had a square cut out of it, there was a whole in the door and it had a very bad smell to it. I had gotten a smoking room and there was no ashtrays, no bags in the garage cans and when you turned on the tv it would turn itself off and back on repeatedly. I called the front desk and she came to look at the TV. She had attitude and right away accused me of it. I also had gotten a call stating my 3 year old daughter ended up going into ER and there might be a chance of her getting admitted do to being I'll. I asked how that would work concerning at least half a refund back and she had an attitude more. I do not appreciate getting an attitude by the workers nor being disrespected when asking questions and letting them know what's going on. The worker also stated the tv will work now after looking at it and it will not stop turning off and on by itself still. I want a full refund and will be talking to corporates
