TRAVELODGE AND SUITES FARGO/MOORHEAD

Property in Moorhead, we are put in a room that hadn't been cleaned and it went down hill from there. This property didn't have the staffing or a on site manger. The manger was hard to get a hold of to get anything resolved.

We've stayed at this location several times over the last 15 yrs. This trip has been horrible! For a family-size room there was 1 towel and wash cloth and no bedding for the sofa bed. It took almost 3 hrs to get those items to the room. Front desk staff - esp the late, middle aged lady extremely clueless, aggressive and rude!! Also no breakfast which is not a state order as the other hotels in this area bring a continental breakfast you order to you. Whirlpool is broken and you can't swim in the pool. The pool is filthy with human hair everywhere and no towels to use. When a 9yo boy won't swim because he says it's filthy there's an issue!! Just avoid!!

Check-in lady was passive aggressive and in a hurry to clock out. Hot tub has been broken for over a month (golly gee this would have been nice to know about before reservation?). There is no free breakfast as promised because of pandemic restrictions in Minnesota. This is basically false advertising!!
