We called to be sure they had hot tub. They said yes. what they mean was it's an area with hot water but it does not have jets. looked like someone was jumping on beds prior to our arrival and there was something squirted on ceiling or a leak stain. Free breakfast was good but their juice machine was broken. Pool water looked clean, but pool itself looked dirty. I tried to talk to owner, I ended up hanging up. NEVER again will I stay here.

There were bedbugs in our room and so we requested a refund. They wanted us just to move to a different room two doors down we said no. They would not refund our money because we booked through Booking.com. The pool wasn’t working and neither was the ice machine on our floor. The ice machine was covered in years of dirt, so obviously it hadn’t been working for a long time. So we had to move and pay for another hotel for the same night. We tried getting our money back through our credit card, which is Capital One and they said there was no refund policy. However, there should be a refund if there’s bedbugs!

On the surface the room looked okay. We knew it was below average when we booked, and checked in. But, it was last minute, and on the way to our destination for a concert. My sister and I spent almost an hour in the room before leaving for the concert. When returning home to the motel ( some time after midnight), I pulled the sheet/top blanket back to get in bed, and there was fecies on the sheet near the foot of the bed. The night clerk was very embarrassed, and did not hesitate to provide a new room. The next morning however, when requesting management/owner information to provide a formal complaint to either, the farm animal that was working the front desk, told me that it was not from anyone at the motel, and accused my sister and I, of having “boom boom sex” ( what the heck is that?), and that we are not getting any money back. The owne, the next day, backed the front desk thing, doubled down with the disgusting comments, and offered no apology. It was like a scene from “The Twilight Zone” and is still unbelievable, and equally disgusting. I have NEVER been treated like this ANYWHERE I’ve ever stayed. The front desk thing I spoke with the following morning, looked like it just rolled out of bed, was wearing it’s pajamas (old t-shirt with rips and no bra and stained sweats) and finally came to the counter after several attempts to call for front desk employee. I would freeze in a vehicle, in the middle of winter, before I would ever stay here again. The concert was a few months before the actual month I could choose for this review. Regardless, the place is disgusting, and the owner DID NOT CARE!! Thank goodness the bank did, because they were completely sympathetic, and refunded our account completely. They were almost as disgusted as we were.BTW-there was a never ending presence of police with lights flashing, during the hours until dawn. Also an ambulance for an overdoes that occurred. Stay safe, and don’t stay here.
