Quality Inn and Suites - Arden Hills

This looked like a nice quiet hotel and it's in a good location. Unfortunately I had a room that was insanely humid and had a strong mildew odor. The AC unit appeared to have mold growing in it. I tried to get a different room three times. The manager refused to investigate or address the issue. I was told he said the mold in the AC was "peeling black paint. " I have severe allergies and breathing problems and felt like the way I was brushed off is simply unacceptable. I had to leave and book a different hotel. I was offered no compensation, no refund. Nothing. I feel like my only recourse is to write a review. I do not recommend staying here.

We stayed at Quality Inn during one of the hardest times in our lives, and their kindness meant everything. We were there because of my dad, and the staff treated us with real care and patience from the very beginning. The place was spotless, and it felt so good to come back each evening to a space that felt calm and cared for. Even though we didn’t ask for much, they still checked in, brought fresh towels, and kept things tidy. Small things that mattered so much. The morning breakfast helped carry us through long days, and the evening greetings made us feel seen. One staff member spoke with me about her own parents, and that stayed with me. We’ll be back in August for a ceremony, and we’ll definitely stay there again. I’d love to share photos of my dad and thank them in person. Truly, thank you.

Our stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Arden Hills was quite pleasant. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast could be improved, but wasn't bad. The location is good, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
