Nice hotel, staff is super friendly. The hotel is clean and updated. The room was very fresh smelling . We had a quiet nights sleep . We had no issues here, definitely would stay again. Breakfast was also a good selection of foods.

I went into a ditch during bad weather and I called the nearest hotel, which was best Western. They gave me a good deal and because of weather, the staff was very friendly the food at Ruffs food and Grill was awesome and the service was quick and fast. I enjoyed it my time there immensely even though I was 41 miles away from my home I knew I was safe and happy because the best Western!

Stayed here for a work related 2-day workshop. Check-in was easy and my room was a nice poolside on the second floor. It was easy to get to my room from the lobby, but, wow what a maze of ways to get down to the conference area. By the time the workshop was done, I had it down to a science. My room overlooked the pool area which had a large pool, a whirlpool and a smaller pool for younger kids. I didn't use them or the exercise room. There is also a brace bar on the sliding glass poolside door for added security besides the door lock (I'm pointing to it in one of the pool pictures...). The main door to the room also had a secondary security lock on it as well. The room was very clean as was the overall appearance of the hotel, hallways, lobby and breakfast area. There is a business spot with two computers and a printer for guests to use free of charge. There was an ice machine at the end of my hallway as well as a washer and dryer to use. Each there pay... I think the washer was $2.00 a load and the dryer was a $1.00. I didn't use them and uncertain about how much the dryer was, but the area was clean and there was a spot to fold your clothes. The bathroom was small, but user friendly except for the toilet paper roll was located almost in back to the toilet on the sink cabinet. I ended up removing it from its holder because it was just too difficult to get the t.p. off the roll. I did replace it when I left. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were in tiny bottles that were too stiff to squeeze the content out. I was so glad I brought my own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The bar soap was really nice and gave a nice lather. I didn't try the bar or restaurants, but did have the hotel breakfast on the last day of the workshop... mainly because the provided breakfast for the workshop was terrible, which may or may not be a reflection on the hotel itself. There is plenty of outside parking, but the hotel is a bit hard to see from the highway and is also adjoining a Holiday Inn, so I found that a bit confusing when Google Map brought me to the Holiday in and not the Best Western. It seems there are things to do around the area if you don't mind driving a bit. There are plenty of ethnic restaurants downtown to choose from as well. Overall, I liked my stay here and if I was in the area again, I would stay here.... now that I know how to find it Lol. Kid-friendly and a Great value The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked like a dream and the beds were nice and comfortable, but those pillows were an absolute dream!! Food & drinks I only had the hotel breakfast on my last day which was very good. They had biscuits and gravy. I didn't have this, but the biscuits were delicious!! There were cereals, yogurts, fruit, juices, and a waffle area with two different sizes.
